Our ‘classic’ red.
Merlot-based still red wine with additions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère.
Fermented with selected yeasts, aged first in small oak barrels (non-new) and then in cement. Then aged at least 6 more months in bottle.
It is a full-bodied wine, very suitable for ageing: a classic Bordeaux blend.
Our “natural” white
Still, white wine, Sauvignon Blanc-based
Spontaneous fermentation without any selected yeast inoculation. Since 2020 Balù is both fermented and aged in terracotta amphora.
This a wine that is notably linked with its vintage, with scents of white flowers and spiked balsamic notes.

Sauvignon-based still white wine.
Fermented with selected yeasts and matured first 80% in steel vats and 20% in non-new barriques, then in concrete vats until bottling. Aged at least 6 months in bottle.
It is a structured and full-bodied wine, suitable for ageing and inspired by Loire wines.
Our “natural” red.
Still, red wine blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Spontanous fermentation without any selected yeast innoculation. Since 2020 Rospič is both fermented and aged in terracotta amphora.
This a wine that is notably linked with it’s vintage. Well-structured, full-body “big” wine with notes of fruits. Rospič can be enjoyed now or cellared for many years.
